🚨 Response Teams — All of our Response Teams are trained to respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies and high priority incidents. SIA licensed and trained to a high standard, our teams follow proven processes to ensure incidents are dealt with in a timely, effective and professional manner.
🚫 Anti–Merchandise and Ticket Tout Teams — Stop the sale of counterfeit and unlicensed memorabilia and fake tickets. The cost to promoters and organisers is huge. Our trained specialist teams work with event organisers to prevent illegal sales, recognise counterfeit activity, and apply current legislation to tackle this criminal activity.

One of the most important roles of an event steward is that of public and staff safety. All our personnel are currently undertaking the NVQ 2 Event Safety Steward qualification. This qualification focuses on training staff in all areas of safety including, first aid, health and safety, fire safety, crowd management, and emergency (major incident) procedures.
